Raya Akimova is a 25-year-old photographer and artist from Moscow, Russia. In 2021 she graduated from Moscow State Academic Art University named after Vasily Surikov. Ever since she was a child, she was always fond of drawing and constantly visited numerous museums and art exhibitions. While her first dream was to be a painter, she later discovered her love for photography, inspired by cinema and paintings. In her opinion, the main thing about creativity is the emotions of the author and the viewer. She tells new stories through portraits and the language of the human body with each and every episode of her work.
