Born in Oslo, Norway, where I grew up cooking and crafting, I am today the editor-in-chief and founder of “Sweet Paul” magazine, a food and lifestyle quarterly. I moved to New York City 11 years ago to begin my career as a photographer, stylist and contributor to such publications as Cosmopolitan and Country Living before finally launching my namesake magazine. When I’m not working, I’m usually hanging out in Kingston with my man and two French bulldogs.
