Mattia De Collibus was born in Chieti, raised in Pescara, and is a graduate of the Accademia Internazionale per le Arti e le Scienze dell’Immagine in L’Aquila. He is an Abruzzese photographer and filmmaker based in the UK. Having started out in London, England, Mattia now lives in Edinburgh, Scotland, combining a cinematic flair with love of architecture in a practice he somewhat playfully refers to as “interior portraiture” — attempts to capture the life and potential of space and the inanimate.
