Since her teenage years, Julia Hoersch has been enthusiastic about photography. After her studies at the renowned “Folkwang-Schule” in Essen she’s worked for many popular food and lifestyle magazines like Essen & Trinken, Der Feinschmecker, Living at Home, Fit for Fun, Foodie, Stern, Barbara, and many more.
She also loves cookbooks. Her work is shown in various cooking publications and she’s had the pleasure of working with some of the most renowned food stylists, chefs, and prop stylists—both a privilege and passion of Julia’s.
In recent years, Julia also takes particular pleasure in visiting especially interesting designers, artists, and life artists with producer, stylist and friend Miriam Geyer and food stylist Adam Koor to photograph personal stories about life, entertaining, and food.
