Originally from Madison, Wisconsin, Eli Meyer moved to Lake Tahoe as a ski photographer. He intended to stay for one season, then head to the Bay Area to pursue a career in electric vehicles, but Eli and his dog, Sera, eventually made North Tahoe their permanent home.
Eli comes from an extensive background in architectural design and engineering. Living in the mountain communities of the Sierra for nearly 20 years is an inspiration for his work. Eli was a director of the Sierra Green Building Association for over a decade, forging relationships between industry professionals and local agencies to promote and educate on responsible building practices.
