I never imagined embroidery could be a full-time career. Like all those who contribute to and read this publication, I have always been very creative, participating in every possible artistic hobby, especially those relating to textiles: knitting, sewing, and embroidery. However, I was encouraged by teachers to pursue STEM-related fields as I also excelled in math and science.
