Stephanie had worked in human resources and manned the reception desk as a summer intern before she joined the company full time after she graduated from Boston University in 1998. So Stephanie was joining a family business where her father, Vince McMahon, was the Chairman, I was the CEO and her brother, Shane McMahon, was the company Vice President.
