Christine Heiland was born and raised in Western Montana, surrounded by the beautiful landscapes of the Bitterroot Valley. JcrossC Photography represents her family brand, J+C, which she and her then-boyfriend, now spouse of 25 years, carved into the side of a tree the day before he departed for the Army. When not taking photos, you can find Christine trail riding her horse Rocket throughout the Bitterroot National Forest (but usually, a camera is in her pack).
